30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gg-fashion.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy for Out-of-Stock Items
If your order cannot be fulfilled because the item is out of stock or sold out, we will provide a full refund of your payment to your original method of purchase.
Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item after your return is approved. This ensures the fastest process and availability of your replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, and without justification. Items must meet the same return eligibility criteria: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
